Roselyn Court Receptions wedding

It was a beautiful morning on Sunday 4th September for a Roselyn Court Receptions wedding ceremony in the courtyard. The garden is filled with beautiful trees, fountains and a brick path leading up to a wedding gazebo where our couple said “I Do”.

We decorated the gazebo with white chiffon draping and flowers across the top beam with matching flowers in vases on either side. The white carpet lined the brick path with rose balls hanging off the bench seats and white rose petals scattered along the aisle runner.

The ceremony was officiated by celebrant Paul O’Donohue who coordinated nine balloons to be released in honour of the ones who have passed away along with a dove bird release. Wedding bubbles were provided and used at the end of the ceremony.

The ceremony was very emotional but filled with love and laughter. The ceremony was then followed by some drinks in the courtyard and a lunch reception in the Gatsby Room.

Medley Hall Melbourne weddings

Circle of Love Weddings recently conducted a photo shoot at the Medley Hall Melbourne weddings and events venue. Medley Hall is located right on the cusp of the Melbourne CBD. The building is primarily used to reside students from Melbourne University but also has two sized function rooms catering for corporate events and weddings.

This historic building which was established in 1893 has beautiful high ceilings, large window frames and perfectly polished floor boards. The grand staircase in the foyer adds so much character and is popular for wedding photography.

The Medley Hall dining room can hold approximately 80 guests seated or there is a smaller private room which is where the ceremony is usually held, but can be converted into a small dinner setting. A fireplace and grand piano is also another added feature to this room.

Treasury Gardens wedding

Are you thinking about having a Treasury Gardens wedding ceremony?

The Treasury Gardens is located at the Paris end of Melbourne’s CBD and is a very popular venue for wedding ceremonies. Not only is the location close to many wedding reception venues, it has beautiful features including the JFK Memorial and pond.

The gardens are considered to be quite small in comparison to other garden wedding venues in Melbourne and the ceremony area in the JFK Memorial site is quite hidden and private. The ceremony/memorial area is located right next to a pond on a concrete pad and has a beautiful fountain as a backdrop.

Whether your wedding ceremony be simple with a few chairs and carpet runner, or more elaborate with arches, pillars, flowers and umbrellas, we can cater for all wedding sizes ranging from 20 guests to over 300 guests.

I have provided a few images below of recent wedding ceremonies set up by Circle of Love Weddings in the Treasury Gardens.

In order to have your Treasury Gardens wedding ceremony, a permit must be obtained by the City of Melbourne. The permit provides you with suppliers access to the site for a period of 4 hours at a cost of around $500.

The parking can be quite tricky, being in the popular area of Melbourne and with the location also bordering the Fitzroy Gardens. Please ensure that your guests allow plenty of time for parking the car.

Wedding canopy

It was a gorgeous day at Werribee Mansion to showcase our white wedding canopy for our happy couple on Sunday 18th October 2015.

Werribee Mansion is one of our popular venues with various ceremony areas and designs to suit your style. Our couple chose a quiet area looking back to the historic house and lush gardens for their romantic wedding ceremony.

Our bride Claire is from Singapore and saw an inspirational wedding ceremony image from our Circle of Love Sydney franchise that she fell in love with and wanted replicated.

We met and pieced together a beautiful ceremony package that included:

White wedding canopy with pink draping, silk flowers across the top with pink flowers and hanging Chandelier

– White carpet runner

Americana chairs

– Fresh flower planter boxes along aisle provided by Lilly Pad Weddings

– Large silk flower arrangements for entrance of aisle

Signing table and cloth

Pioneer Womens Memorial Gardens wedding

It was a stunning spring day for our Pioneer Womens Memorial Gardens wedding ceremony on Sunday 4th October 2015. With the perfect temperature of 26 with sunny skies and light winds, we couldn’t ask for anything more.

The Pioneer Womens Memorial Garden is located in a beautiful private area of the Kings Domain right in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.

It was an honour to be apart of such a special wedding ceremony arranged by Ardeur Weddings and Events using our white wedding canopy with our light pink satin draping. The flowers were all fresh and supplied by Poppy Culture who put together some beautiful arrangements on the canopy with matching wedding urns and plinths. Our white umbrellas created shade for the live musicians who played traditional wedding music throughout the ceremony. The ghost chairs added a touch of sophistication, our signing table completed the decor and our white carpet was rolled out, ready for the bride.
